33 Carat 5-Year Diamond Upgrade Warranty
At 33 Carat, we believe your diamond jewellery should grow alongside your story. That’s why we offer a 5-Year Upgrade Warranty on all diamonds purchased from 33 Carat – both lab-grown and natural diamonds.
You can upgrade any loose natural diamond purchased from 33 Carat within five years for credit equal to the purchase price, and redeem the credit towards a new natural diamond of at least 1.5x as much.
You can upgrade any loose lab-grown diamond purchased from 33 Carat within five years for credit equal to the purchase price, and redeem the credit towards a new lab-grown diamond of at least 2x as much.
Eligibility
- Your diamond that is being upgraded must be accompanied by its original documentation.
- Your diamond must be in a saleable condition.
- Upgrade credit does not include any duties/taxes paid on the original purchase. Duties/taxes will apply to the full retail price of the new diam
Additional Notes
Upgrades will not apply to any coloured stones, settings as well or the finished (ready-to-wear) piece of jewellery.
If we cannot use the upgraded diamond in your original engagement ring, we will offer a precious metal credit for the original setting based on gold/platinum market rates.
