Diamond Upgrade

 Any loose natural diamond purchased can be exchanged for credit equal to the original purchase price.

– The new diamond must be at least 1.5x the value of the original diamond.

• Any loose lab-grown diamond purchased can be exchanged for credit equal to the original purchase price.
• The new lab-grown diamond must be at least 2x the value of the original diamond

• The original diamond (natural or lab-grown) must be in saleable condition
• Original documentation must accompany the diamond being upgraded.

Upgrades are not available for colored gemstones, colored diamonds, settings, or jewellery.

• Upgrade credit excludes any duty or tax paid on the original purchase.
• All applicable taxes and duties will be applied to the new diamond’s full retail price before the credit is applied.

If the upgraded diamond cannot fit the original engagement ring setting, a precious metal credit may be offered.

Gold or platinum jewellery can be recycled, with a credit based on current metal prices.
