International Shipping & Payment Policies
1. Shipping Outside of the UK
– As the global leader in responsibly sourced fine jewellery, 33Carat is proud to offer our entire collection of jewellery and loose diamonds to customers all over the world. To ensure your experience is seamless and easy, we offer the following services:

– We’re here for you — wherever you are. Our jewellery specialists assist international customers in answering questions, providing additional imagery or documentation, and can consult on engagement rings, loose gemstones, and fine jewellery.
3. Free Shipping
– We offer free shipping for all orders outside of the UK with FedEx International Priority.
– To be as transparent as possible, we list the date your order will ship to you and most shipments outside of the UK arrive within two to five business days after that date. Please note, however, that the custom process in each country can vary and packages may be held longer than anticipated.
4. Payment
– We offer prices in your local currency and accept all major forms of payment: major credit cards, PayPal, as well as bank wires.
– Bank wire payments from outside the UK are only accepted on orders of £500 GBP or more. Payments can be arranged through your bank and are subject to a £35 processing fee.
– After you place your order, please reach out to a customer service representative. They’ll provide the information you will need to transfer funds from your account directly to a 33Carat account. Once we receive the funds, we will immediately process your purchase. If you choose to pay by bank wire, please note that your order will be processed only after your payment in the form of a bank wire is received.
– If you have any questions about the process involved in a bank wire, we recommend you confer with your bank or contact 33Carat customer service.
– Please note an ACH transfer is not the same as a wire transfer. At this time, we do not accept ACH transfers.
5. Insured & Secure Delivery
– We insure and register all items for their full value to make sure that your shipment is risk-free during its transit from us to your doorstep. To ensure that full insurance remains intact, we cannot reroute packages once we’ve shipped them out.
– For added security, a signature will be required upon delivery for orders over £250. An adult must be available at the business or home address indicated to sign for receipt.
6. Free 30-Day Exchanges, Returns & 60-Day Resizes
– Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply exchange or return it within 30 days, free of charge
– We also offer complimentary 60-day resizes to ensure that you can find the perfect fit. As our rings are crafted in standard UK sizes, we’ve created a ring size conversion chart for easy reference.
– Please note that our exchange, return, and resize policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup. For further information, view our Returns, Exchanges & Resizes page.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
– Depending on country restrictions and regulations, additional import fees may be collected to clear your shipment. In some cases, third-party brokerage may be necessary in order for shipments to be fulfilled in certain countries. Please note that 33Carat does not endorse or claim any control over any third-party brokerage and is unable to undertake responsibility to review third-party brokerage content and policies.
– Taxes and duties on orders will be calculated based on the rates in effect the date your order ships. For orders shipping to other countries, please contact your country’s customs office if you require information regarding additional fees for clearance.
